How to delete correctly?

I was reviewing my cases, and I deleted two, but at the moment I had to note that the number of the others did not change
As seen in the image, it starts at 3 and not 1
How can i fix this?

Hi,
Basically you cannot change it via UI. It can be done in DB only. This is auto-increment field that always increases by one, no matter you delete any entry or not.
