Here is Estonian Build with 18% translated.
How to install?

Copy paste it to your ftp folders
edit data/config.php language list and add to line 69:

26 => 'zh_CN',
27 => 'et_ET'

Clear you caches in crm and remember to change the language in preferences and system language.
