Needing some help

I have some problems :

First Problem :
How can I add the option to convert the #Account to #Leads for example?
I would only need to transfer the name etc.

Second Problem :
When I convert one #Lead to #Account the #Lead won't delete automatically by it self, any help?

what you need help is for me "error". it's not so a CRM workflows.

never a account contact you ! it's a society.
lead contact you.. so you just need convert lead to..

why lead don't deleted.. because lead is your first "contact".. it's a trace..
you need learn CRM i think.
