404 error after creating a route & controller

I followed the documentation and created files in paths custom/Espo/Custom/Resources/metadata/clientDefs/Account.json and client/custom/src/controllers/account.js, but 404 error still appears when I go to #Account/hello path (my full path is 127.0.0.1/espocrm/#Account/hello). What might I do wrong?

It seems that I forgot to clean cache. Problem resolved now.

Now I have a problem with part 2 (custom route) of this documentation. This time I created a file and cleared a cache, but still error 404 appears. What's wrong?
