Campaign Log custom filter lists

Hello, I'm looking to create custom filters for the Campaigns Mass Email log, we have enabled the Mail tracking and we can get Sent, Open, Bounced, etc. lists of contacts actions with the emails, but we're trying to get the Unread list, and a more depth insight of contacts that get our email but don't interact with it. So, is there a way of creating this custom filter lists?.

I've tried to find in the code this definitions, I got some filterList arrays but can't find more information.

Any help is appretiated. Thanks!
