I have four questions about the CRM:
1) Is there a was to completely prevent the End user from adding a duplicate to the database? Right now i just get the message:"The record you are creating might already exist". I want the the user not being able to enter a duplicate at all for all modules(Accounts, Contacts. Leads etc.)
2) Is there a way to set a fixed Timerange in the Time Field. Right now i can choose a time between 00:00 and 11:30. What i want is to restrict the choice from 08:00 to 17:00.
3) Is there a way to set a reminder that pops up? If i want to set a reminder at 13:00(1PM) for example because i need to call a customer, can the system then pop up and create an alarm?
4) Is it possible to make phonecalls out of the CRM? So we can track how long a phone call lasted and we can supervise all the phonecalls?
