change default value for entry

hello,
when i link task to contact automaticly choose the name entery from contact but i want to change this so when i choose contact from task to choose the custome filed i made ( contact id )

how i can do this ?

Hello,
Try this:
1. Administration -> Layout manager -> Contacts -> List (small) -> add your custom field to the layout.
2. Click the new field's edit button (pencil sign) -> Check the 'link' box.
3. Refresh a web page
4. Test the changes.

hello thx for the replay i found the solusion soo i made a new fild with the name i want and a made a formula name = my name (the custome filed ) so i translate the name to the filed i want problem sold and i removed name from the layout
