Problem: The stream for a portal user only allows a post to him/her self

I got into another problem. I enabled the Stream in the dashboard for portal users. The problem is the portal user can only post to him or her self and no one else (see screencap 1 attached). We would want the portal user to be able to send a stream post to a backend user. Is this a problem or the backend user has to register as a portal user too?

Hi,
Well, a portal user can post Stream message only inside a particular record. An ability to make a Stream post on the #Stream page applies to a system's user only. In order to let the portal user utilize it, you need to rewrite a code. It's not an easy task.
