I need someone to upload Espocrm to my domain

What server provider are you using? They may have an Auto-Installer / Softaciolous installer available you can use.

Otherwise here is a very minimum guide to install:

Use CPanel/ Control Panel
Add domain to server
Use File Manager > Open the domain folder > upload (latest) EspoCRM.zip
Extract the EspoCRM zip
Create database and user login for the database (use ur Cpanel)
Open your website domain (depending on your filepath you may be need to extra folder name).
Follow install setup.
