Data transfer with API

I have create my own entity on Espo.
Now I would like to transfer data with API.

How can I import things with the post command?

Any advice would be welcome.

You need to be more specific.
You can do it in two ways. You could prepare csv file and transfer data through admin section or you could do it through API.
