Reorder navigation links and remove some links

As for title. I have found the way. Edit file under the path: data/config.php. But it is dirty I will loss when I upgrade. So have any way to do that?

Administration > User Interface > Tab List
You can drag-and-drop them.
Your changes will be kept after upgrades.
