Make a field read-only with conditions

Hi all,

we are trying to make the "Assiner User" field at some entities be read-only but only if the person that is trying to edit is different from the admin role.

We have used different codes but none is working.

Could someone help me, please?

If you are talking about the `regular` user type, then you can uncheck the `Assignment Permission` parameter in the Role to make the `Assigned user` field Read-only https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...ent-permission.
