Trying to add sale order creation form below call creation form.

Hi, we have installed the sales pack in our crm.

We want the call creation which is associated with a contact to include the sale order creation form below.

We try to do that following this guide https://docs.espocrm.com/development...record-panels/ on how to add some panels to an existing view but it causes some memory leaks.

Is this possible to do?

Hello,
Did you try to achieve it with a standard way by creating a relationship between Call and Sales Order? Open Administration -> Entity Manager -> Call -> Relationship -> Create new Many-to-Many relation to Sales Order. After, open Open Administration -> Layout Manager -> Call -> Bottom Panels -> add Sales Order panel.

Hi,

Thanks, it works but it does not autofill some related fields like billing contact (which is the same as the contact associated with the call).

I will try to see some examples on the Call entity parent relationship
