Where can we widen the vertical main menu?

I tried to extract some css script but seems complicated and not professional safe way, because many styles depends on the value of width,

The best way is to change the width value from the sass and generate the css theme files, but this also not safe upgrade.

Is there resolution to this requirement? With the ability to Group menu bar item the menu needs to be resized. Any help, please?
