Hello, very strange issue :
espocrm 5.9.2
two instance : developement (5.8.5) and production.
I have not same behaviour with one2one right relation.
on production, only one "care" have always filled with same "id".
on production, i mass update contact, or patient .. only one is filled and i receive a "X records updated"..
on developpement, i have not this issue !
any advice will help me
