Cannot upload extension in dev

Hi.

I am in developer mode and trying to upload the extension Real Estate to see an example. I get an error 500 saying that the extension is not correct (that is not true, because I am running the last version cloned).
However, if I upload the extension with the build, everything works. Maybe it is not possible to install extensions when In developer mode? The permits are okay.
