    EspoCrm uses Customer support ticket

    Hello friend,

    How can I use customer support ticket on espoCRM server? Should I develop a new module?

    Case entity type is supposed to be utilized for Customer Support Tickets.

      I would like to ask when does the system set up a new case? Is this at the end of the whole conversation email? Or immediately sets up a new case when I receive my first email?

        You can setup so that case will be created on email receiving https://github.com/espocrm/documenta...#email-to-case
