Workflow formula to create a new call

Hi

I am trying to create a this workflow rule:
- create a new call entity when a qoute entity, field status changes to "presented".

The call is created, but I can not figure out how to populate the parent field.
I have this formula in a workflow but how do i populate the parent field in the new call entity to the qoute parent field?

parent have generally. : parentType and parentId ..

so for you : i think it's so : (no tested)
parentType = parentType
parentId - parentId ...

verify with the + of add attribute.
