Add "Product Block" or Duplicate Invoice Entity With Different Name

Hello All. I have the sales pack and would like to create a new entity called "Shipments". This entity will need to have the product block as we would need to track how many of which products were shipped out with that shipment. My question is there a easy way of adding this product block to a custom entity or maybe duplicate the invoice entity somehow with a different name?
