Adding a dialog view to the current users view

Hello guys,

Iam looking for some help, since several days Iam trying to add an custom dialog box (kinda like an pop up) to the current view of an user.
Maybe someone of you did something similar or know a source where it is explained. Thank you for reading and I hope that you can help me.

Hi, Can anyone show me example how to add addtional button to create new user ? I want to write module which will add new way of user creation. I looking for a way how to add another button besides existing one. Thanks for help :)
