Resize images thumbs pixel size

Good afternoon everyone,

I would like to change the generated images thumbs size. From what i can see on the system originals images are resized to a width of 512 pixels (large version) on this directory (/public_html/crm/data/upload/thumbs)

Is there a way of changing the default resize dimensions?

Resizing them all to 1024 pixels wide for example.
