Translate the language of email templates in the Template Manager

Is it possible to translate the language in the template manager depending on the user's language setting?
Currently, the language written in the template cannot be changed.

I think that you can't translate e-mail templates for now. You can try to create another e-mail template for every single language.
If this is system notifications, you can translate this template.

Thank you for the advice.
I can register new emails using Email Templates, but can this be triggered by a system notification?
For example, when I register an account, the system sends Access Info to the user, but I don't think I can change it.
