  • Email Notification - Add Contact

    We have renamed the Contact tab to Client tab because it fits our model.

    My question is about email notifications. Is it possible to have an email sent to the admin email once a user either converts a lead into a client (contact) or if a user manually inserts a new client (contact)?

    Any thoughts or help in this matter is appreciated.

    Yes. You can do this using hook. You need to develop this on your own or you can hire someone for this.
    If you don't want to hire anyone and you don't have required knowledge, you can buy advanced pack from EspoCRM.

      I wouldn't mind buying the advance pack if in fact, it does what I'm asking about.

        Hello,
        AdvancedPack is a "must have" .. and other extension to if you have need it.
        What you ask, is a very very basic think what AdvancedPack offer..

        I have the possibility to use test/use all extensions of espoCRM ..
        voip integration .. top
        outlook integration .. top

        other, i don't use really. .don't hesitate
