  • Attachements cannot be opened after migration to another server

    Hello,
    I recently migrated to another server and it seems like attachements cannot be opened via entryPoint(image) or any kind of file(xlsx etc.). I copied the database and files, rebuilt the application, permissions were set but with no success.

    Please help me figure it out on what can be done to repair this incovenience.

    Check please for attachments in data/upload.

    Is there occurs any error? What is in the log file in data/logs?

      I followed now the guidelines. I guess the problem was not archiving the files and instead copying them via ftp and then uploaded to desired location. Thank you
