we're working on dashboard for our clients, which don't have access to EspoCRM. We already create comment section, where everything work's ok.
Our clients can comment tasks from this external dashboard, we store in espo custom field information about which client add that specific comment, but we don't know how to show this information in Espo. And because of that, now when we see comment from user, we can only see name of api user which we're using to send comment from external dashboard to EspoCRM.
