Convert lead to client - additional fields

Hello
how can i add new fields to converting process? I want to add tax id field which will copy from lead to new client

Hello,
Example:
1. Create a new field for Lead 'taxID' of the 'Integer' type and add it to the detail layout.
2. Create a new field for Contact 'taxID' of the 'Integer' type and add it to the detail layout.
3. Administration -> Layout Manager -> Contacts -> Convert Lead -> Drag and drop the 'taxID' field.
