We have a group email account set up which is support@mydomain.com. Cases are automatically created from incoming email to this address. Likewise, all outbound correspondence is sent via this email address, by selection this email address in the "from" list when creating or replying. No personal mailboxes have been added to EspoCRM.
Is there any way the "from" details could be changed to include the name of the user who has sent the email, to give a more personal touch to the emails? Like <userName> [<someText>]
For example:
FROM: Joe Bloggs [ACME Technical Support] <support@mydomain.com>
We don't want to bring in personal email inboxes into EspoCRM.
