Copying enum definitions

Is there a way to copy the enum definitions defined for a field in table to a field in another table? We have numerous tables where the same lookup needs to be done and we have to incur time and money wastage retyping this repeatedly with so many reviews due to typo errors. We requested enhancements for defining lookup tables but so far no progress as we can see. As a work around, it will be good if could copy and paste.

This is also reducing or hindering our usage of the advance pack

you can improve the enum by adding a new option that enable to import the options from another enum field to override the local options
