How can i search with phone number in global search?

I have a varchar field called 'phone Number' in lead entity. but can't search with the phone number in Global search. How can i achieve this? please help.

Hi.
Administration -> Entity Manager -> Lead -> Edit -> add your Varchar field into the Text Filter Fields block.
