Filtering multi-enum / arrays to only show records that meet all array values

Hello!

I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to add the ability to filter lists by a multi-enum where it will show only records that contain two (or more) values in the multi-enum field. Right now it appears you can only filter by "Any of" or "None of":


Ideally we would like to be able to only show records that contain both of the indicated multi-enum values.
