Contacts filtered by Account

I have written a new form called Visit Reports so that our sales team can enter data based on customer visits. Currently when I select Contact it will show all contacts. I would like it by default to only show contacts linked to the Account like what happens on the Opportunities page. Note that I only want to allow a single contact here not multiple ones. I cannot seem to figure out how to do this!
