Logout issue

Hi
When i logout esposrm it does not allow me to login again on same window .after logout link look like http://.../#logout and login window open on same page but it not allow to me login again.what is the issue i didn't get.

to login again i need to clear all cache and cookies of browser them i am able to login again.anyone knows solution.

After you have cleared the cache, did this problem occur again?

After cache cleared i am able to login ...then i logout then same problem occur...everytime i logout this problem occur
