How to post special characters through API

Hello, i want to to sent through api post to stream special characters like {}][:"';?><,./ using php cURL. Unfortunately when i'm trying to do so, posts don't even show in stream or they're not have same characters which i post through API.
i already tried few methods of encoding, but without success
