Append Values to a Link Multiple Field using Workflow

Hello,

I have a requirement to update a Link Multiple field named Assigned Users via Workflow.

Now using workflow i can achieve replacing the Assigned Users value to new value but i want to append a new value to the existing value.

How to do that? Thanks.
