We are planning to purchase the Advance pack very soon. Our user needs to be convinced and they chose a case to see if this can be configured:
(1) A group email "reimbursements@xzy.com" is created in CRM
(2) The group email is set to create a case each time an email is received from this mail box
(3) When the record is created, we need the workflow to set the field "scope of case" in the case record to "reimbursement". And also other fields in case.
(4) We need to to this tasks for the other group emails too.
Appreciate, if you could show us how this can be achieved using the advanced pack. Thank you so much.
