How do i get the view to refresh?

I have a entity A that has a 1:n relation to entity B and entity C. Additional B and C have a 1:n relation too. I have after save hook in B that sets A in all related C to the same as B and one in C that set A for the related B. Is there a way to refresh the detail view of A that it shows the changes in B after editing C? Its annoying to need to press f5 all the time.
