Emails are not fetching in inbox folder

    Emails are not fetching in inbox folder

    Hello,
    I have an issue with emails in espo crm
    Emails are listing in All , sent mails are showing in sent list, but emails received are not showing in inbox. Please help me to resolve the issue.

    All emails falling into "All". Users who are linked to some emails (email receiver) have access to them and can move them to another folder.

      Thanks for the reply. But when I send a mail from outside crm(from any email ids eg: from a gmail account), it does not coming in crm. it does not shows up in All folder or inbox folder. Please help me to resolve.

        For fetching emails from your email box into Espo you should:
        1. Configured IMAP in the Personal Email Account. This will help find you where is it https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...email-accounts
        2. Set up crontab settings https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...etup-a-crontab
