Twilio Voip Integration

Hii,
I am trying to integrate espocrm with twilio, after successfully filling in the connection details it is said that EspoCRM will import all active Twilio phone numbers to configure, but there is no phone number displayed in Administration > VoIP Routing. Cron job for syncing the twilio phone numbers (Twilio: Sync phone numbers) are active. What might be the problem?

I tried upgrading the espocrm, and now i am using 5.5.0 (latest). I am getting an error message - "Authentication Error..no credentials provided". Should i revert back to old version with voip integration?
