Add new value to admin settings.json

Hi,
How I can add new value to store in config.php and editable in admin section in uprade safe.
This work when I add my value :
/Application/Espo/Ressources/Layouts/Settings/settings.json

I have try to create a json to custom folder .. but all out-of-box settings value are loose and only mine is there.

you can add this layout in custom folder and it will work.
custom/Espo/Custom/Resources/Layouts/Settings/settings.json
