Function to get some line in email body plain

In order to get more automatic filliing information for lead, I have tried to create one function in string group to get some line in email body plain.
But it seem not working.Please help to answer:
1.We can you email body plain like string.
2.If not please guide how to get specified line in email body plain.

at first your code allows only 1 parameter
also file name and file path have matter.
