Short list header titles

Is it possible to have short version of field titles? My fields have long names so list header looks a little odd when i put a field in it.

You can change the label to the short version, but add a long version in the tooltip (in Entity Manager)

Thank you for your tip but this is not ok. I want to have long titles in form and short in the list.

you can set customLabel in the needed layout,
