Update teams more value after change status

In Oppotunity: In want to create workflow like this: after change stage to win status, then teams will update more values.(mean we will assign this opportunity to more department).
Please show me which action I need to do in workflow.

Hi,
there are 2 ways
- action Update target record - use formula https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...linkmultipleid - better to use, if teams depends on some value
- action Link with Another Record - better to use, if it is defined team

- By the way: is it possible to change view list of opportunity by teams:
Here we have issue is:
After sale update complete in opportunity, it will transfer to operation.
Then operation they request to change list view by their define.

No, only if they will use Record List dashlet or Report
