Query Reports and User Team Access

How do I query reports for the data that is inside them, when using something like postman ( the way I would normally see what the data structure looks like) I just get the what the report builds itsself not the actual data inside?
Also When in a User how can I access the Team Information?

You can get user's access information by this request: "api/v1/User/action/acl?id=USER_ID".
