Last action field in opportunity

    Last action field in opportunity

    Dears,
    I want to create one field in opportunity to track last action like : last time sending email to customer or last time calling to customer.
    Anyone please guide how to create it.

    Hi,
    create datetime fields with Entity Manager (Administration > Entity manager > Opportunity > Add field > Datetime).
    Fill it with workflow (for each action entity - Update related record) or in developed hooks
