How to set a background image on quote template

Can you provide information on how to set a background image on quote template? Even div height is not working?
Why is that?

I see in TCPDF thats available to all image on page background: "https://tcpdf.org/examples/example_051/"
But please help us with more details regarding files in ESPO and maybe some points for doing that.

I don't have experience in that but I believe you will be able to use it with the logic example described here https://tcpdf.org/examples/example_051/.
