Can i enable "Create entity" child if parent is readonly?

Hello,

how it is possible to activate the create button for an custom entity under accounts, if account is readonly?

With "Create" permission on the entity "Besuchsberichte" it should be possible to create a "Besuchsberichte" even if it linked under accounts.
Is there a way to get this work and enable the missing create button?
If not, please give me a hint which file could i customize to archive this.

Is that not possible? It would be easier for our users to work with cause "Accounts" is the starting point where usage starts.
