Add Notifications

Hello!

How I can add notifications from custom entities to the panel Notifications (bell icon)?
I set for my Entity field "Stream" and some fields as "Audited". I have notifications about creation and updating this fields in panel Stream, but I don't see them in the pop-up panel Notification.

Only with workflow from Advanced Pack.
or create a hook
