Adding a new field

I want to set a start date next to team. I am adding a sample image. I created two fields for the database. (team_users table) - (start_date - end_date)
Is there a method you can recommend? Can this be done?

Thank you for the help! This will add something to my team_user table or teams table ? Because the start and end dates must be in the team_users table.
