User following option for custom entity

At the moment I'm trying to modify espoCRM for needs of my main client. Everything work fine, but there is one feature what I want to implements.

When I click on default entity like "Accounts" I can see a "follow" option. Is it possible to enable it on entities what are made in editor? I create a "person" type entity, and that feature will be really helpful
