Selector Arrow for field drop down list

Greeting all from a newbie :-)

I have created a drop-down list which works fine, but I want to be able to put a little arrow at the end of the field to indicate to the user that there is a drop down list to interact with. How do you add a selector arrow like the Name (Salutation) list?
